Early Childhood Education Program with Montessori Certification

Course Introduction:
This program aims to enhance students’ professional skills as Montessori teachers. Key areas include:
- Montessori principles and philosophy
- Child development: early education, health, and nutrition
- Curriculum: mathematics, language, arts, and music
- Practical Montessori exercises
- Perception education
- Language, acoustics, and grammar
- Mathematics
- Cultural subjects: geography, botany, zoology, history
- Teacher internship
Students will also complete practical observation and training at Montessori centers under experienced supervisors.
Degree Awarded:
An international diploma issued by MMI (London), a founding member of the European Montessori Educational Institutions and the International Montessori Council. The diploma is recognized by UK accrediting bodies, including BAC and ODLQC-UK. Graduates can use this diploma for entry into undergraduate Early Childhood Education programs, such as at the University of Southern Queensland.
